Description
The Collections Representative collaborates and partners with Credit, Account Management, Client Services, and Asset Management. The primary function of the Collections Representative is to reduce delinquencies by calling on delinquent accounts, generating notices and letters, collecting late charges and fees, responding to inquiries, and maintaining documentation as articulated in the company's collection strategy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• College Degree preferred

• Minimum two to three years of collection and/or customer service leasing experience

• PC knowledge with proven abilities in Microsoft Word and Excel
