Description
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides all functionally related aspects of customer service to vendors/dealers and end-user customers, directly and through internal departments. Responsibilities include responding to vendor and customer requests regarding buyout and trade-ups of existing contracts, inquiries on billing, buyouts, early terminations, transfer, and assumptions; resolving complaints; and researching and submitting system changes and corrections. The CSR also approves alterations to booked contracts and assists in training new members.

Qualifications

Education and other credentials
  • High School diploma
  • BS in business or comparable experience

Experience

  • One to two years of experience as a leasing CSR or equivalent
