Account Manager

If so, you're bound to succeed as a USXL Account Manager. The hub of our customer transactions, you'll work with our customers after the sale to ensure the credit process runs smoothly. You'll also be the chief architect for our customer relationships, making sure our service exceeds expectations at every turn.

Description
The Account Manager is responsible and accountable for managing all aspects of the vendor/dealer/customer relationship at the transactional level. The primary focus is supporting the internal and external sales force in achieving sales goals through building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers; preparing and processing lease transactions; and communicating with vendors/dealers/customers, management, and sales individuals.

Qualifications

Education and other credentials
  • Bachelor's degree or comparable business experience

Experience

  • Minimum of two to three years of leasing account management experience

Technical/Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • General computer skills required (Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to read financial statements and/or CBRs preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
  • Basic understanding of leasing principles and contract negotiation
  • Ability to train and mentor new members
