With 15+ years of experience in human resources, primarily with financial services companies, Laura's duties have multiplied with every position--from employee recruitment and selection to compensation and benefits management, training and organizational development to building workplace culture. She served most recently as senior director of human resources for Standard & Poor's in downtown Manhattan and has held leadership positions with such financial industry giants as Merrill Lynch, CIT, and Shearson Lehman Brothers.

Laura and husband Glenn, an engineer who shares her love of skiing, are fervent NFL fans--Laura rooting religiously for the Giants and Glenn for "da" Bears. They have two wonderful sons.
