After retiring from the military in 1990 as a decorated captain, Mike set out to make his mark in business. He served as district sales manager for Sun Oil Company, as vice president of operations and partner in USA Inc., and spent the last 9 years with BCL and US Bancorp, most recently as director of the eastern division, office equipment leasing and financing division. Mike received a BS in Accounting from Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania.

Today, when relaxing from his duties as head of USXL's Originations, Mike enjoys life at home with his wife, Christine. Together, they have three children. Favorite pastimes include power-lifting in the gym (he qualified for a national title while in the military), ocean fishing with the kids, and carving cedar decoys.
